Hey there Kauai brewers,
We’ve got our February meeting coming up next week and it seems that the poll says that Tuesdays are still the best days for us. However, 6:30 looks like a good starting time. For this month, we will stick with 6:00.
We will be talking about our first quarter brew, a marzen to be ready for March, with a twist, breakfast cereal as an ingredient. Your homework, if you choose to accept it, was to study up on the style a bit and bring in your take on the recipe. No recipe? No worries, we’ll come together and design it as a group.
Just be at sure to be there, and maybe bring a brew to share. 6:00 pm, Tuesday February 3rd at The Kauai Beer Company.
